The most important part of the manufacturing process is ensuring our products meet our customers specifications, as well as our companies' standards. To do this, we use the highest quality measuring instruments available on the market today. This includes a programmable Zeiss CMM, Brown & Sharpe CMM, Starrett CNC Comparator, Keyence Comparator, and many others. At our company, we routinely machine parts with tolerances as low as ± .0001 and always treat every part as it's own challenge. Our Quality Control is in a climate-controlled area, maintaining a temperature of 69-71 degrees year-round to ensure our measurements are consistent and accurate, preventing the environment from having any influence. Whether it's close tolerances, complex contouring, or custom work for a farmer, we always ensure your parts are of the highest quality before leaving our facility.
