Grind Department

Our grinders stay busy year-round. With our highly skilled employees, a lot of our closest tolerances are finished on these machines. With a wide range of all types of grinders at our disposal, including ID grinders, Jig grinders, OD grinders, Surface grinders, and a Lapping machine; we are able to hold virtually any tolerance our customers may need. We also utilize our grind department when special fixturing is required to accurately locate our workpiece, enabling our engineers to process your product in the most efficient ways possible. When the most demanding tolerances are needed, these machines are always our first consideration during the processing stage. Some customers send us products that only need to go through the grind department, keeping this area active for most of the year.
