Engineering

Our Engineers have over 8 combined Mastercam certifications. Before manufacturing begins on a product, it is studied and processed by our engineers. During this time the engineers will draw, design, and discuss the most effective way to manufacture the part, focusing on the quality and efficiency of the end product. This may take hours, and in some cases days to plan for scenarios and decide the most efficient and accurate process. Once the process is decided, it will then be programmed and released to the shop floor to begin manufacturing. Often times, the engineers will be on the floor during the initial setup phase, ensuring the product is running the most efficient way possible. Often times, our customers will call to speak with our engineers, requesting their assistance in designing their product to sustain durability while also keeping the cost of the product minimal.
