Our CNC department continues to grow as our company evolves. Spanning between 2 buildings, our CNC machines produce thousands of parts weekly. With some machines being dedicated to cells; areas we have devoted to a specific part or family of parts; we are able to produce high volumes of parts with little to no down time. With our Swiss machines, our engineers take the extra time to ensure our setups are capable of running un-attended after hours, meaning we continue producing parts without an operator being present. This allows us to keep the spindle turning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By doing so, we are able to cut costs for our customers while also enabling us to run a large quantity of parts in a short amount of time, meaning you can get your parts delivered with shorter lead times!
We also have machines with special capabilities, such as our 5 Axis Mazak Vari-Axis pallet changer. With a maximum spindle RPM of 25,000 and the benefit of 2 pallets, we are able to 3D mill parts with the finest details, while eliminating spindle down time. We also have lathes with lives tooling, eliminating operations from our process and giving us the ability to make parts complete in a single operation! With our highly skilled CNC machinists, experienced engineers, and large variety of CNC machinery at our fingertips, we are able to hold tolerances of .0001 straight out of our machines without the need for additional operations, giving you the best quality possible at the cheapest possible price.
